Managing Director Bond Lam Chern Woon was formerly Head of Research & Consulting at EDMUND TIE, with responsibility for thought-leading research and consulting profitability. Bond has over a decade of real estate research, strategic advisory and consulting experience across multiple property sectors and markets. His expertise spans the commercial, retail and industrial, residential and hospitality sectors across key Asia Pacific markets.

Bond started his career as an economist with the Monetary Authority of Singapore and has worked in other roles like strategic planning and investment strategy. Bond graduated with a first-class Honours degree in Economics from the National University of Singapore. He was also awarded with a Master’s degree in Mathematics and the CFA charter.

Bond is also a real estate salesperson registered with the Council for Estate Agencies (CEA registration number R070008D).
